Ontario Power Generation occupies a 100,000 square foot suburban office building developed by Forum on a design-build-lease and operate basis. The property is located at 777 Brock Road, Pickering, Ontario and is managed on behalf of Forum by Brookfield Lepage Johnson Controls (www.bljc.com). OPG took occupancy of the property upon its completion in early 2002 and it currently houses over 450 employees.

Ontario Power Generation is an Ontario-based company whose principal business is the generation and sale of electricity to customers in Ontario and in interconnected markets. As of December 31, 2006, OPG had assets of $22.8 billion.

Ontario Power Generation's electricity-generating portfolio consists of three operating nuclear stations, six fossil-fuelled stations, 36 hydroelectric stations and 32 EcoLogoM-certified green power stations. OPG maintains BBB+ credit rating from Standard and Poor's.

Prior to selecting Forum for this project OPG had optioned the site, then conducted a bidding process.
