Orléans Town Centre
Ottawa, Ontario

Forum Leasehold Partners is pleased to announce that the Forum-led Orléans Town Centre Partnership has achieved a successful financial closing for the design, build and lease of the  Orléans Arts Centre, and for developing a new town centre in the community of Orléans on 19 acres of vacant land currently owned by the City.

The three-stage development plan represents a total investment of more than $225 million. The complete project will include the 86,000 square foot Orléans Arts Centre, a hotel, 2 office buildings, retail and commercial space, a seniors home, seniors' condos, mixed residential units and green space.

The Orléans Arts Centre will be the focal point of the Orléans Town Centre and the hub for cultural activities in the area.  It will feature a 500 seat performing arts centre, a 100 seat studio theatre, an art gallery and studio space for the visual arts.
